LMT集團中國企業大學在南京正式成立

LMT集團企業大學是集團培養人才和傳承知識的平臺。2014年10月，LMT集團中國企業大學在南京正式成立，成為除德國總部外，LMT集團在其它國家建立的第一所企業大學。
LMT集團中國企業大學結合了內訓授課、網絡學習平臺、外部專家等資源，并根據菲特（南京）壓片機械有限公司和南京藍幟金屬加工技術有限公司的發展需要，制定了以領導力培訓、通用類培訓、技術類培訓以及學徒類培訓為主體的各類培訓方案。
LMT集團中國企業大學以創建公司學習型文化、建立強大的知識培訓體系和培養后備人才為目標，致力于為員工提供有效的、結構化的和專業的培訓，使大家不斷地學習和進步。

LMT Group Academy is a platform where it brings about talented people through cultivation and inherits knowledge. LMT Group Academy China was founded in Nanjing in October 2014, becoming the first Academy founded overseas except that in German headquarters.
LMT Group Academy China combines enterprise internal training courses，the platform for online-learning and external experts etc. It has also formulated several types of training programs like leadership training, general training, technical training and apprenticeship programs in order to meet development needs of Fette (Nanjing) Compacting Machinery Co., Ltd and LMT China Co., Ltd.
